| 摘 要： | 2019年中国城市更新的理论与实践发展受到学界、政界与行业界的高度关注与重视。城市更新在政策与制度建设、工作路径与方法转型、提高城市治理能力、实现城市综合转型目标等方面取得显著进展，并且涌现出了责任规划师、社区规划师等特色化的实操路径，以及历史街区改造、老旧小区整治、老工业区更新与工业遗产保护、公共空间提质等不同类型的实践做法与创新探索。

| Abstract: | In 2019, both theory and practice of urban regeneration were highly concerned and valued by academic, political and industrial circles in China. Urban regeneration has made remarkable progress in terms of policy and institution construction, transformation of work path and method, improvement of urban governance and realization of urban comprehensive transformation goals. Characteristic practice paths such as responsible planners and community planners have emerged, as well as different practice innovation in the regeneration of historic blocks, old residential quarters, old industrial districts and industrial heritage areas, public space, etc. |
