环形弹性阀片弯曲变形曲面方程及其解

摘    要:建立了环形弹性阀片的力学模型,根据弹性力学原理建立了弹性阀片弯曲变形的微分方程,利用弹性阀片的边界条件,得到了环形弹性阀片的弯曲变形曲面通解表达式,对通解进行恒等变换后得到简单、精确、实用的弹性阀片弯曲变形系数Gr,探讨了阀片不同位置的弯曲变形系数G及其物理意义,对弹性阀片在不同位置半径r处的解进行了研究.

Abstract:In this paper,the mechanics model of ring elastic slice is established,and the differential equation of ring elastic slice's deformation is established based on flexibility mechanics,utilizing the boundary conditions,the general solution of ring elastic slice's deformation surface is determined,and then a simple precise applied deformation coefficient(G_r) of ring elastic slice is found by identically transforming the general solution of ring elastic slice.The G_r and it's physics meaning at different radius are studied,the solution of deformation equation at any radius is researched. Therefore G_r is creating precise computation method of ring elastic slice's deformation and has very important meaning in the design computation,verification analysis,and optimization design,at the same time,it provides a effective method for mathematics theory better used in practical application.
