| 摘 要： | L-天冬酰胺酶是一种对白血病和淋巴瘤有很好治疗效果的抗癌药物。文章从L-天冬酰胺酶的来源、酶学特性、生理作用、酶分子修饰和制备技术几方面详细论述了其最新研究进展。
