摘    要:现场总线技术(FCS)是现代工业发展的必然趋势,电动执行机构作为工业过程控制系统不可缺少的部分,实现总线化功能是其目前主要研究方向.本文主要研究了基于PROFIBUS-DP总线智能化接口芯片SPC3实现电动执行机构的总线通讯功能,着重介绍电动执行结构PROFIBUS-DP通信接口的设计与实现,实验结果表明,所提出的方案正确可行并具有良好的性能.

Abstract:Fieldbus Control System(FCS) has become the necessary trend in the development of modern industry.The electric actuator is an unnecessary part in the industrial process control system,and the main research about it is to realize its bus function.This paper mainly studies its bus communication function based on SPC3,an intelligent interface chip in fieldbus and introduces the realization of hardware and software design of PROFIBUS-DP communication interface in the electric Actuator.The results of experiment indicate that the design is feasible.
