浙江民营中小企业社会保障制度创新

造成当前浙江民营中小企业社会保障困境的原因很复杂,既有宏观环境方面的原因,也有企业和职工等微观方面的原因。通过对义乌、慈溪等地的调研,认为解决这个问题应从宏观和微观两个方面进行制度创新,采取有效的对策,促进浙江民营企业的健康发展。

The reasons that caused the difficult situation for social security system of Zhejiang privately-owned medium-and-small sized enterprises are very complicated,and this may lie in macroscopic environment and microcosmic aspect,such as the enterprise itself and its staff members.After the field study of some representative cities like Yiwu and Cixi,the writer concludes that the most effective ways of resolving the problem are the institutional innovation macroscopically and microcosmically so as to help guide Zhejiang non-governmentally operated enterprises to develop in a heathy direction.
