| Abstract: | At present, the total professional standard of librarian in academic library is not high. So it is difficulty to adapt the new work responsibility. It is urgent to strengthen the continuing education of librarian. Firstly, librarian should strengthen crisis consciousness and enhance the enthusiasm of vocational study. Secondly, librarian should establish reasonable knowledge structure. Thirdly, librarian should study by many kinds of way. They should arrange time reasonably and persist in study. |
