齿轮泵壳结构设计

摘    要:从力学的角度分析、介绍齿轮泵壳体容腔结构的公式,给出不同强度理论下壳体承压与强度的关系式.为验证关系式和设计的正确性,在实验室中常采用静压试验或光弹试验来检验.这种优化设计的方法也可以推广到不用型号不同压力等级的壳体设计中,为高压齿轮泵壳体结构设计、螺钉孔分布及优化提供有价值的理论依据.

Abstract:In this paper analysis is made of the problem from the perspective of mechanics,the structural formula of the gear pump chamber is described and the relationship between the shell pressure and intensity is given according to different strength theories.Verify the correctness of the relationship between style and design in the laboratory often hydrostatic test or photoelastic test to examine.The optimal design method can be extended to other pressure levels of the other models in the casing design,for high pressure gear pump shell structure design,screw hole distribution and optimization provides valuable theoretical basis.
