| 摘 要： | 在生产过程中,影响产品质量的因素是错综复杂、多种多样的。因果分析图是日本质量管理专家石川清最早提出用于整理和分析影响产品质量(结果)的各种因素(原因)之间的关系的一种工具。它是通过带箭头的线,将质量问题与原因之间的关系表示出来,其基本图形如图1所示。

| Abstract: | For overcoming the deficiency of the classical causality graph, the paper puts forward a new tool-importance degree causality graph for quality management by combining the classical causality graph with the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and then illustrates the operation program for the tool. Finally the author gives out a practical application example for this method. |
