| 摘 要： | 以矿石磷为唯一磷源 ,培养 3种藻类植物 ,应用钼蓝比色法测定 3种藻类从矿石磷中转化释放出来进入培养基的有效磷 ,应用灼烧法测定 3种藻类生物量 .分别以培养基的有效磷浓度和单位干重藻体所释放出来的有效磷量来表示他们的转化利用程度 ,结果表明 ,3种藻类植物都具有转化利用释放磷的作用 .但沙角衣藻较颤藻和栅藻的作用更强 ,能以较少的生物量释放出更多的有效磷 ,有较大的实用价值 .

| Abstract: | The authars comern with the case of the comparison of three lagae availability of indissoluble phosphorus wlich was relecesed from indissoluble phospharte rocks by the three algae, and the value of the algae biomsaa ware measuned. The resultes show that the three algae all have the capacity of transforming and discharging effective phosphorus from phosphate rocks, but the availabitity varies among the three algae. Chlamydomonus sajio Lewin will be more useful in availing indissoluble phosphorus such as phosphate rocks. |
