| 摘 要： | 以4－甲氧基苯甲醛为原料，在无水氯化锌催化下，用浓盐酸和40％甲醛溶液进行氯甲基化反应制得取代氯苄，再以新制的无水碳酸钾为质子吸收剂、干燥的乙腈为溶剂，与亚氨基二乙酸二乙酯进行N－烷基化反就，然后用Ba(OH)2－水悬浮液进行了水解得到N－（2－甲氧基－5－甲酰基苄基）亚胺基二乙酸的钡盐沉淀，最后用烯硫酸处理得到N－（2－甲氧基－5－甲酰基苄基）亚胺基二乙酸，该方法产率高，工艺简单，通过^1H NMR、IR和元素分析对所得化合物的结构进行了表征。

| Abstract: | N (2 Methoxyl 5 formylbenzyl)iminodiacetic acid was synthesized from 4 methoxyl benzaldehyde in the sequence of a chloromethylation by formaldehyde and concentrated HCl under anhydrous zinc chloride, an amination by diethyl iminodiacetate using anhydrous potassium carbonate as a proton absorbent, a hydrolysis by a saturated solution of barium hydroxide and a treatment with dilute sulfuric acid. The reaction conditions involved in the synthetic route were studied and the structure of the title compound was characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1H NMR. The method has advantages of good yield and simple operation. |
