天线罩几何参数测量控制系统研究

摘    要:为对天线罩这类薄壁复杂回转体进行测量 ,研制了天线罩几何参数测量仪 .介绍了测量仪基于IPC的开放型控制系统的控制原理及系统构成 ,探讨了控制系统的软硬件开发技术 ,并对其中的一些关键技术进行了阐述 .控制系统和测量机联机调试后 ,实现了对天线罩外廓形、壁厚等几何参数准确、快速、经济的自动测量 ,取得了满意的效果 .

Abstract:It is difficult to measure complicated rotational solid, such as the radome. A novel geometric parameter measuring principle for the radome is brought up. A new measuring instrument based on the principle for the radome has been developed and manufactured. The control principle and the composition of the openCNC system based on IPC in the instrument, including the hardware system and the software system, are presented in this paper. Some key technologies for the measuring control are discussed. The application results show that the control system can meet the requirement perfectly.
