摘    要:对油田用注水泵平衡盘的两种材料进行了新的处理,改善了材料的组织.同时对其耐磨性进行了试验,并用电子扫描电镜对材料的磨损表面进行观察分析.结果证明,采用不锈钢氮化处理,可以提高材料的硬度、润滑性,减小材料的磨损,降低材料的摩擦系数,使平衡盘的使用寿命大大提高.研究认为,氮化处理的钢摩擦副比铜摩擦副的耐磨性高,氮化后的材料磨损主要以表面涂抹和脆性剥落为主,硬度低的铜材料磨损主要以粘着撕裂和犁削为主.

Abstract:This paper presents a new handling technology for two materials used for balance disksin flooding centrifugal pumps. This handling technology may improve material's compocition. Simul-taneously , material's wearproof test was completed. The wearing surfaces were observed and analyzedby electron scaning microscope. It is proved that nitriation for stainless. steel may increase hardness andlubricity of materials decrease material's wear and friction coefficient,and prolongate greatly the lifespan of balance disks.Mean while,the wear mechanism of two friction pairs and supplies are ana-lyzed.
