摘    要:英汉两种语言由于不同的风俗习惯、历史文化和地理环境而引起的国俗语义差异,给英语学习者正确理解和使用基本词汇造成障碍,因此英语词汇教学中应该融入文化知识,提高词汇教学的效率,达到词汇教学的真正目的。

Abstract:In analyzing the differences between English and Chinese in terms of folk semantics due to their different customs and habits,history and culture and geographical conditions,this article discusses that teachers should teach more cultural knowledge in order to improve their teaching efficiency and meanwhile obtain the real objectives of vocabulary teaching.
