| 摘 要： | 弹挑技法在琵琶演奏中具有重要作用。弹挑技法包括准备阶段：即演奏者以正确、自然、大方的姿势为演奏做好准备。着力阶段：即弹挑的基本动作，包括弹、挑与手腕的协调运动。结束阶段：即用力和放松达到协调状态。

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the importance and function of flipping and picking in the lute playing. The method includes three steps: first, preparation required that freshmen have a correct and natural attitude and good habit; second, exertion is a basic action, including flipping, picking and corresponding acts of wrist; third, ending calls for the balance of force and relaxation. |
