中国教育质量与收益率的微观计量分析

摘    要:运用微观计量经济学的分析方法,估计了我国的个人教育收益率.在研究中,从样本选择性偏差及异质性着手,论证了普通最小二乘法与传统工具变量法所得估计量的非一致性,进而采用Heckman备择模型以弥补上述两种方法的缺陷,模型中构建名校效应变量以表示教育质量对本科毕业生工资收入的影响.研究结果表明,中国劳动力市场上的个人教育收益率比20世纪90年代有显著提高.

Abstract:Micro-econometric methods are used to estimate the individual return rate from China education.In the estimation,the inconsistency between the results estimated by the ordinal least square method and by the conventional instrument variable estimator is verified,on the basis of the selection bias and the heterogeneity of samples.Moreover,by using Heckman selection model considering the sample selection bias and the heterogeneity,this paper introduces a new "famous university effect" variable to show the effect of educational quality on the wages of graduated students.The result suggests that,compared with those in 1990's,the return rate from China education in the labor markets of China is greatly improved at present.
