| 摘 要： | 从环城游憩地的界定入手,探讨了长春市环城游憩地的形成因素,提出旅游者的需求、投资者的投资意向以及政府的区域政策是其形成的主要因素.在实际调查的基础上,提出了长春市环城游憩地具有四个基本特征:时间上以近年开发建设为主;类型上多为度假游憩地;以中低等级为主;空间上集中分布在城市周边和主要交通线附近.最后,提出了使环城游憩地合理有序发展的三点措施,即根据人们的需求、城市空间扩展的方向以及政府的政策引导游憩地的开发.

| Abstract: | Start with the research on the boundary of ReSAM, this paper disscusses the factors that affect the formation of ReSAM in Changchun city. The primary factors include tourist demand on tour, investment preferences of developer, and regional development policy of local government. Based on practical survey, this paper describes four basic features of ReSAM in Changchun city. They are most of the ReSAM are vocational resorts, low rank, constructed in recent years, and distributed near the city or along the main communication lines. At the end of this paper, some proposals about sustainable tourism development are put forward, namely, developing the ReSAM in line with tourist demand, direction of city expansion, and development policy. |
