TRIZ理论与可拓学的融合方法研究

摘    要:在比较了TRIZ理论与可拓学解决问题优缺点的基础上,对二者进行了方法学融合,提出了基于TRIZ理论与可拓学解决矛盾问题的一般方法.该方法首先通过可拓学的基元模型获得问题的矛盾属性,然后运用TRIZ对应的解决工具,找到适合该问题的原理解.而后依据TRIZ原理解的指导,结合机构实际的结构及安装布局,运用可拓变换方法获得多种可行的解决方案.最后利用优度评价方法获得问题最终理想解.并根据此方法对一种喷嘴的结构进行改进,进一步证明了二者间的融合能够较为便捷的获得理想方案.

Study of the combined method based on TRIZ and Extenics

Abstract:Based on comparison of TRIZ theory and Extenics,the new innovative method is proposed,which combines the solving conflict approaches of TRIZ theory and Extenics.The new method includes the following steps:Firstly,the primitive model of Extenics is used to obtain contradictory parameters.Secondly,adopting TRIZ corresponding solving tools to find its suitable principles about the problem.Thirdly,according to guide of this principle and the mechanical structure,variety of possible solutions are obtained using the transform methods of Extenics.Finally,the advantageous evaluation method of Extenics is used to get an ideal solution about this problem.According to the new method,the structure of nozzle has been improved,which demonstrates this method can easily obtain an ideal solution.
