| Abstract: | For many years,the water charge of water conservancy project has been lowering the cost,which has restricted the sustainable development of water management unit.This paper introduces the concept of the realizability of water charge based on the cost,and tries to solve the problem of the rationality of the charge standard of water supply in water conservancy project. |
