锡对Ly12铝合金化铣蚀坑的影响

摘    要:本文研究了Sn对Ly12铝合金化铣蚀坑的影响。结果表明,加Sn合金化铣后,不出现蚀坑,硬度高于不加Sn合金的硬度,产生上述作用的原因是合金中加Sn后抑制了第二相沿晶界的析出。

Abstract:The effect of tin on etch pits due to chemical milling in Ly12 alloy was investigated. It wasshown that no appearance of etch pits is found after chemical milling if adding Sn into the alloy. Moreover,the hardness of Sn-added alloy is higher than that without Sn after chemical milling. The reason was foundthat the Sn addition in alloy can supress the precipitation of second phase along grain boundaries.
