改进型索氏提取装置及应用试验

摘    要:对传统索氏提取装置进行改进,将蒸馏瓶产生的蒸气通过蒸气导气管导入索氏提取筒中,液化放出潜热,提高了提取操作的温度;设计的取样阀,方便了取样操作;增加的尾气吸收装置,提高了操作安全性。将此装置用于提取雅致小克银汉霉菌粗脂肪试验,大大提高了提取效率,提取操作段温度由(27.4±1.2)℃提高到(46.6±0.4)℃,提取时间由5.3h缩减到23h。

Abstract:In this paper, the traditional Soxhlet device would be improved. The steam of distillation bottle will import Soxhlet tube through steam airway, then it will release latent heat by liquefaction, so the temperature of the extraction operation will be improved. Sampling valve is convenient to sampling. Absorption equipment increases the safety of operation. The device is used to extract of the crude fat produced by Cunninghamella elegance, and it shows a good result. The extraction temperature is increased from( 27.4± 1.2)℃ to(46. 6 ±0. 4)℃, and the time used is reduced from 5.3h to 2. 3h.
