摘 要: | 建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法的KED技术测定药品盐酸多西环素中的痕量Pd的检测方法.结果显示,KED技术的应用避免了检测中多原子离子对钯的干扰,更有利于复杂样品中痕量以及超痕量钯的检测,方法的检出限达到了21 ng/L,为盐酸多西环素药品的监控提供了一种新的检测方法.

Determination of Trace Palladium in Doxycycline Hyclate by ICP-MS |

Abstract: | In this article,we introduced a new method to determine the trace palladium in doxycycline hyclate by ICP-MS.The result demonstrated that the application of KED in ICP-MS avoided the interference from multi-atomic ions.Comparing to the classical methods,this method was fast,simple,exact and successfully suit for the detection of trace palladium in complicated sample.The detect limit was 21 ng/L. |
