| 摘 要： | 1995仲裁法的颁布,对于规范和统一中国的仲裁制度,促进我国仲裁制度与国际上通行的仲裁制度的接轨起到了积极的作用,使中国的仲裁制度得到了很大的发展和完善.但几年来的实践也暴露出它的许多矛盾和问题,有待进一步改善.
