复相钢的疲劳小裂纹扩展实验研究

摘    要:用塑料复型法对马氏体+贝氏体复相钢小裂纹的扩展特性进行了实验研究,实验表明,塑料复性法是监测小裂纹的有效手段,小裂纹主要在缺口表面初始缺陷(如夹杂物)处萌生;在裂纹较小阶段、疲劳小裂纹的扩展受显微组织与多相界的影响。

Abstract:The growth characteristic of small crack in Martensite+complex phase steel was investigated by the plastic replica method. The experiments show that the plastic replica method is an effective way to examine small crack. The crack is naturally initiated from the material initial fault (such as lard) on the notch's surface. When the crack is small, the fatigue crack growth is obviously influenced by microstructure features and multiple phase boundaries.
