| 摘 要： | 现代经济迅速发展,对会计工作产生了巨大影响,对会计人员的素质也提出了更高的要求,主要包括综合型的知识结构、完善的职业道德素质、高标准的职业判断能力、综合服务能力、开拓创新素质、较强的竞争力和应变力以及新技术的运用能力等。基于此,提出了新形势下会计人才的培养目标。

| Abstract: | The rapid development of the modern economy produces great effect on the accounting work and also puts higher requirements for the quality of the accountants,which mainly include the comprehensive knowledge structure,perfect vocational ethics,high-standard vocational judgment,comprehensive service ability,pioneering and innovating quality,stronger competitive power and emergency handling ability,and the new-technique applying ability,etc.Based on these,this paper puts forward the training targets of the accountants under the new situation. |
