| 摘 要： | 研究了青藏铁路各种自然灾害的时间分布,提出了青藏铁路弹性运输能力概念,分析了青藏铁路弹性运输能力的季节和年度的变化规律,找出了青藏铁路供需矛盾的特征,为青藏铁路运能配置和运输组织奠定了理论基础.

| Abstract: | The paper studies the time distribution of various natural diseases of Qinghai-Tibet Railway and puts forward the conception of elasticity transportation capacity theory on Qinghai-Tibet Railway. Also the year and season variety regularities of elasticity transportation capacity theory on Qinghai-Tibet Railway are analyzed, and the features of supply and demand contradiction are found. The theory of capacity configuration and transportation organization of Qinghai-Tibet Railway is established in this paper. |
