| Abstract: | No matter the core competitive power of the enterprise or the competitive superiority of the country depends on creating and expanding the talent resource. This paper introduces the connotation of the talent resource, makes clear the distinctions of the conceptions of the talent, and talent resource, etc., and discusses on why the talent resource is the core resource for creating the core competitive power of the enterprises and the competitive superiority of the country. |
