聚合物气辅共挤成型机理研究

摘    要:气辅共挤成型是一种新型的聚合物挤出成型技术,其实质是将气辅挤出技术应用于共挤成型技术,发挥气辅挤出和共挤成型的优点。文章介绍了气辅挤出成型技术的机理、发展历史和研究现状,论述了气辅共挤成型工艺的研究现状和发展前景,最后简述了气辅共挤成型的机理和研究现状。

Abstract:Gas-assisted co-extrusion molding is a new multiphase-polymer molding technique.The basic mechanism is that the gas-assisted extrusion is applied to the polymer co-extrusion,which will exert the advantages of both gas-assisted extrusion and co-extrusion.In this paper,the mechanism and actual states of gas-assisted extrusion are presented.The process of available gas-assisted co-extrusion technological is discussed.At last,the mechanism and the actual states of gas-assisted co-extrusion are introduced.
