摘    要:建立了化妆品中14种邻苯二甲酸酯类环境激素的高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器(HPLC-DAD)检测方法。样品通过甲醇超声提取,硅胶柱净化,氮吹浓缩后,以乙腈/水为流动相,经Warters-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)液相色谱柱分离,进行HPLC-DAD分析。方法线性相关系数R0.998,检出限为0.25mg/kg~2.0mg/kg,在10mg/kg添加水平时样品加标回收率为79.9%~100.2%,RSD为0.93%~4.34%。该方法灵敏、快速、高通量,检测了国际关注的14种邻苯二甲酸酯激素,为相关国家标准的制定提供重要参考依据。

Abstract:A method was conducted for the simultaneous detection of fourteen PAEs in cosmetics by SPE-HPLC-DAD. The PAEs in samples were extracted by Ultrasound. The sample were cleaned up and enriched by silica gel SPE column, and HPLC analysis. Through this condition, the linear relation of PAEs was more than 0. 998, the recovery rate was 79.9%-100.2%, the relative standard deviations(RSD) were 0. 93%-4. 34% and the detection limits of PAEs were 0.25 mg/kg-2.0mg/kg. Proved by this testing, this method was sensitive, fast and suitable for the analysis of fourteen PAEs in Cosmetics.
