| 摘 要： | 多层Bayes方法用于估计无失效数据产品的可靠性特征量,其结果较为稳健,但大多涉及数值计算,需借助于计算机才能实现,不便于工程技术人员现场使用.为此提出了一种估计产品可靠性特征量的新方法,也不失估计结果的稳健性,结果简单实用,通过比较说明所给方法有效可行.同时该方法也适合其它寿命分布产品可靠性特征量以及成败型产品可靠度的估计.

| Abstract: | A new estimation method of reliability characteristic parameter in the case of zero-failure is put forward. This estimation method is both simple and practical,and it is used easily by technicians. It can also be applied to estimate reliability characteristic parameter of other life-distributions or reliability of product with safe-failure pattern. |
