摘    要:简介了国内外生物力学的发展动向,初步阐述了生物软组织和固体力学的关系。针对生物软组织的变形,研究了生物软组织的力学特点:既是材料的非线性,又是几何的非线性问题。给出了静脉和肺泡壁计算的拉普拉斯方程。引入模拟应变能密度函数,指出了动脉及左心室的应力解析步骤。为生理、解剖、医疗提供了科学依据。

Abstract:Briefly introduces the recent development and trend of biomechanics at home and abroad, and preliminarily expresses the relation between soft biological tissue and solid mechanics. The mechanical feature of soft biological tissue, in view of its deformation behavior, is concluded as a problem of nonlinearity for both material and geometry. Laplace equation is introduced to calculate vein and alveolar wall,as well as the density function of analogue strain energy for the stress analysis of artery and left ventrical. Thus,a scientific basis may be founded for physiology, anatomy and various medical treatments.
