乒乓球运动实战中侧身移动的步法分析

虽然乒乓球运动步法的种类和要领前人已有总结和定义,但如何体现步法种类的运用会对运动员技战术的发挥和体系形成造成影响,如何证明步法作为板与板之间的"桥梁"在一个球的不同时段中的使用规律却缺乏支撑或依据.运用文献资料法、录像分析法和数理统计法解析并研究顶级乒乓球运动员在实战中侧身的步法使用状况.结果表明,在向侧身这一方位的移动中,步法须区分两步式滑步和三步式滑步.二者间最大的区别在于回球节奏,两步式滑步较快,三步式滑步较慢.

The Analysis of the Sideways Footwork in Table Tennis' Combat

Although the types and essentials of the footwork have already been summarized and defined by predecessors,but how to reflect the influence of the footwork type on the athletes use to their exerting and system formation of the technique and tactics,how to prove the using law of footwork,as the bridge between every shoot,in different time intervals,really lack support or accordance. By using the methods of literature review,competition video analysis and statistics analysis,the top player's footwork applications are studied. The result shows that the footwork in sideways' moving has to be differentiated into two steps sliding and three steps sliding.The biggest distinction between them is about returning rhythm,two steps sliding is faster while three steps sliding is slower.
