直流恒功率充电机系统设计

摘    要:针对近年来国家电网对直流充电机提出的新要求——含有恒功率充电功能,设计了一款直流恒功率充电机.在完成MATLAB仿真分析的基础上,设计系统的软、硬件,包括三相不控整流电路、DC-DC硬件模块、辅助电源和DC-DC控制器.系统实现了AC-DC的转换、DC-DC的降压转换、电池的恒功率充电.实验结果表明:该系统能最大限度地使用充电机容量,效果明显优于恒流-恒压充电机.

Design of DC Constant Power Charger System

Abstract:In view of the new requirement of DC charger put forward by State Grid in recent years,a DC charge with constant power is designed. On the basis of MATLAB simulation analysis,the software and hardware of the system are designed,including three-phase uncontrolled rectifier circuit,DC-DC hardware module,auxiliary power supply and DC-DC controller. The system realizes the AC-DC conversion,DC-DC buck conversion,and the constant power charge of the battery. The experimental results show that the system can use the capacity of the charger to the maximum extent,and the effect is better than that of the constant current and voltage charger.
