基于模糊综合评价法遗产地游客满意度研究——以麦积山为例

文章以麦积山为例,使用探索性因子分析、访谈等方法构建麦积山满意度评价体系,利用模糊综合评价法测评麦积山游客满意度,采用IPA分析重要性和满意度.结果表明:1)麦积山总体满意度综合得分2. 845,处于"较差"和"好"等级之间. 2)遗产地原真和保存状况模糊综合评价最高,而遗产地文化及娱乐活动得分最低. 3) IPA结果显示,遗产地原真和保存状况重要性和满意度均较高,属于优势区,景区应持续保持;遗产地文化和自然环境重要性低而满意度高,应持续改进;遗产地游客体验活动重要性高而满意度低亟待改进.

Study on Tourist Satisfaction of Heritage Site Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method:Taking Maiji Mountain as an Example

Taking Maiji Mountain as an example,this paper uses exploratory factor analysis,interview and other methods to construct the Maiji Mountain satisfaction evaluation system,and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the tourist satisfaction of Maiji Mountain,and uses IPA to analyze the importance and satisfaction. The results show as follows: A. The overall satisfaction score of Maiji Mountain is 2. 845,which is between " poor" and " good". B. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of original authenticity and preservation status of heritage sites is the highest; Heritage sites scored lowest for cultural and recreational activities. C. IPA results show that the original authenticity and preservation status of the heritage site are both of high importance and satisfaction,which belong to the dominant area and should be maintained continuously. The importance of heritage site culture and natural environment is low but the satisfaction is high. The importance and low satisfaction of tourists' experience activities in heritage sites need to be improved.
