银离子处理微藻的生物学效应的研究

摘    要:将塔胞藻培养在加入不同浓度的AgNO3(0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30 mg.L-1)培养液中,探讨银离子对微藻的生物学效应.结果发现,在前2轮培养(9 d/轮)中,随着培养基中银离子浓度的升高,微藻的生长繁殖明显受抑制,且细胞中的蛋白质、叶绿素含量均有不同程度的降低,但可溶性糖含量变化不明显.在培养到第3、4轮时,各种数值接近正常,表明单细胞生物对环境的变化有较强的适应性.

Abstract:The biological effects of Ag~+ on Pyramimonas sp have been studied.The concentrations of AgNO_3 added to the medium are 0,0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20,0.25,0.30 mg/L.The results show that in the 1st and 2nd rounds(9d/round),along with the increase of Ag~+ concentration,the growth and reproduction of the algae are inhibited markedly,the contents of protein and chlorophyll in the algae cells decrease,while the soluble sugar contents in the cells does not change obviously.These values close to the normal level at the 3rd and 4th round,which suggests that the unicell living things have relatively strong adaptation to environment changes.
