| Abstract: | Crimes by taking advantage of judicial duty is a kind of crimes weakening the dignity of laws severely,destroying the judicial credibility and normal social order.The paper stresses to analyze the influences and causes of crimes by taking advantage of judicial duty,and it also discusses on how to prevent and deal with crimes by taking advantage of judicial duty. |
