| 摘 要： | 目的探讨MRI对四肢软组织肿瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾分析经病理证实的30例四肢软组织肿瘤的MRI表现。结果良性肿瘤22例，根据MRI表现只用2例误诊为恶性肿瘤，其余20例诊断为良性肿瘤，并做出了正确的组织学诊断，恶性肿瘤8例，均诊断为恶性肿瘤，但只有2例做出了正确的组织学诊断。结论MRI对鉴别良恶性软组织肿瘤准确性高，对大多数良性肿瘤能做出组织学诊断，恶性肿瘤的组织学诊断困难。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging（MRI） in soft tissue tumors of extremities. Methods： 30 cases of soft tissue tumors of extremities proved by pathology were ex- amined by means of MRI again, and compared the results by different methods. Results： According to the MR imaging results, there were 2 error diagnoses of benign tumors as malignant tumors in 22 cases of be- nign tumors, and made correct histological diagnosis in 20 cases, no error diagnoses in 8 cases of malig- nant tumors, but only made correct histological diagnosis in 2 cases.Conclusion：The MRI is an ideal method of diagnosis of benign and malignant soft tissue tumors of extremitie. |
