| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了以电荷耦合器件ＣＣＤ 作为传感器的一种辊形测量系统。对该系统的构成、工作原理、检测方案以及软件框图进行了全面的分析。为实现辊形在线检测的高速化、精确化、自动化；为优质板材的生产提供了一种新型方法和初步研究。
