| 摘 要： | 传承文明、育人为本是高等教育的一项重要功能，它既符合党中央关于加强社会主义物质文明、精神文明、政治文明建设的要求，又符合高等教育的培养目标。只有传承文明，才能与时俱进，培养具有高尚文明、创新能力的社会主义建设者和接班人；才能影响社会舆论、道德风尚，培育正确的社会价值观；才能促进社会和谐，彰显真理正义。同时联系目前高等教育的现状，提出充分发挥传承文明功能的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Cultural inheritance is an important function of higher education. It meets the requirements for material and moral improvements from the Party and the goals for higher education. Cultural inheritance is necessary in bringing up new generation with updated thinking, good morals and innovative ability, and in shaping a harmonious and fair and honest society. Proposals were made for cultural inheritance in colleges and universities. |
