碳纤维/乙烯基酯树脂拉挤复合材料基体固化体系的研究

摘    要:采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)分析了不同固化剂配方体系的乙烯基酯树脂固化反应特征,研究了固化放热量、固化程度及其浇铸体力学性能的关系,并对模压和拉挤成型碳纤维复合材料的力学性能进行评价,结果表明联用固化剂可使固化温度范围变窄,提高固化放热量.放热量能基本反映树脂的固化程度,直接影响浇铸体及复合材料的力学性能.

Abstract:The curing characteristics of the vinyl ester resins with different curing agent formulations were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The relationships among the exothermic capacity in the curing process, degree of curing and the mechanical properties of castings were investigated, and the mechanical performance of the molded and pultruted composites were evaluated. It is found that the range of curing temperature for vinyl ester resins becomes narrowed and the exothermic capacity is increased by using mixed curing agents. The exothermic capacity could reflect the degree of curing and directly affect the mechanical properties of castings and composites.
