| 摘 要： | 干部人事档案是组织培养、选拔以及任用干部等工作的重要凭证,客观上要求组织必须加强对干部人事档案的管理工作,但传统的干部人事档案管理工作存在一定的问题。从干部人事档案管理流程及管理技术两个方面,提出了提升干部人事档案管理效率的具体措施。

| Abstract: | The cadres’personnel archives are the important documents for the training, selection and appointment of cadres, so the organizations must strengthen the management of cadres’personnel archives. However, some problems exist in traditional management of cadres’personnel archives. This paper puts forward some concrete measures for improving the efficiency of the management of cadres’personnel archives from two aspects of management process and management technology. |
