| 摘 要： | 养老保险基金征缴是养老保险工作的重点,同时也是难点.分析了企业故意拖欠养老保险费的主要原因,指出在实际工作中要千方百计通过各种途径加强基金征缴,有效地防止参保企业故意拖欠养老保险费,不断提高基金的收缴率.

| Abstract: | The collection and payment of the endowment insurance funds is the focal point, also the difficult point of the endowment insurance work. This paper analyzes on the main causes of the deliberate arrears of the endowment insurance money of the insured enterprises, and points out that should strengthen the collection and payment of the fund through various channels in the actual work for preventing effectively the deliberate arrears of the endowment insurance money of the insured enterprises and increasing the payment ratio of the funds. |
