| 摘 要： | 采用叶仁敏修订的“成就动机量表”（AMS）,研究大连4所不同级别、不同类型高校大学生成就动机的特点,研究结果显示：大学生成就动机的性别及学校方面的因素影响差异不显著,家庭及城乡因素影响差异显著。

| Abstract: | Utilizing the revised AMS by Ye Renmin,this paper states achievement motivation characteristic of the undergraduates in universities of four different levels and types in Dalian City.The survey indicates that differences in gender and universities do not exert as much influence as family backgrounds and difference between city and countryside. |
