| 摘 要： | 钢铁基地选择涉及因素很多,主要有城市依托、水源、运输、原料及燃料、地势、环境和生活供应等.攀钢二基地选址问题已进行过多次研究讨论,本文在定性与定量分析基础上,提出了选址的最优化方案.

| Abstract: | The choice of Iron and Steel complex base is related to many factors,mainly including dependable urban area,water
resource,transport,raw materials and fuels,terrain,environment and the supply for vesidents.There are many studies
of,and disscussions about the choice of the second Panzhihua Iron and Steel Complex Base.with a qualitative analysis,
this paper puts forward the most favourite project to choose the second base. |
