高速圆锥齿轮断裂故障分析

摘    要:针对某航空发动机中央圆锥齿轮的一种断裂模式,计算了静扭矩、离心载荷作用下的应力分布以及齿轮的固有动态特性;提出计算行波共振应力响应的计算机仿真方法。在考虑了某些影响行波应力响应的偶然因素之后,确认齿轮断裂的原因是多次重复地在行波共振点运行所造成的。计算结果与实测值相符。

Abstract:With respect to a crack failure mode of the central bevel gear in anaeroengine, stress analysis of the bevel gear under static torgue andcentrifugal loads has been made,then its inherent dynamic behaviors are checkedup.A simulating method is presented to compute the stress response of tra-velling wave resonance Taking account of several accidental factors influencingthe response of travelling wave stress, it can convincible that the gear failureis mainly caused by the repeated running at the point of travelling wave re-sonance. The calculating results show a good conformity with those measured.
