硅酸钠对水泥抗渗性的影响

摘    要:使用硅酸钠对水泥进行改性实验,检测改性试样的气孔率、吸水率、抗渗性,利用XRD分析与SEM扫描电镜观察研究了硅酸钠对水泥微观结构的影响。结果表明:硅酸钠可提高水泥抗渗性,最佳质量配比为1.5~2%。硅酸钠促进硅酸钙类结晶物的生成,结晶物堵塞孔隙,从而提高了水泥的抗渗性。

The influence of sodium silicate on the impermeability of cement
Abstract:Modified cement had been obtained using sodium silicate,and the porosity,water absorption,and impermeability of the modified cement were tested.The effects of sodium silicate on cement composition and microstructure were studied by means of XRD analysis and SEM observation.The results show that the sodium silicate can improve concrete's impermeability,the optimal mixture of sodium silicate ratio is 1.5%~2%.Calcium silicate crystals were generated by sodium silicate reacting with calcium hydroxide which blocking the pores in cement,and thereby improving the cement's impermeability.
