摘 要: | 研究催化剂的浸渍制备方法、煤基活性碳载体、不同浓度HCl、HNO3预处理条件对甲醇气相氧化羰化合成碳酸二甲酯催化剂活性的影响。实验结果表明:分步浸渍法优于一步法;在已选择煤基AC载体中,以宁夏华辉AC3为载体制备的CuCl/AC催化效果最优,甲醇转化率为22.5%,DMC选择性为92.3%,DMC时空收率为131.2 g.kg^-1.h^-1;6 mol/L HCl预处理效果最好,甲醇转化率为24.1%,DMC选择性为94.7%,DMC时空收率为147.2 g.kg^-1.h^-1。

Abstract: | Impregnated catalyst preparation method,coal-based activated carbon carrier,different concentrations of HCl,HNO3 pretreatment conditions on the gas-phase oxidation of methanol carbonylation synthesis of dimethyl carbonate catalytic activity.The results show that:step-step impregnation method is superior;AC in the selected carrier in order to Benson AC3 as the carrier prepared CuCl / AC catalyst effect of the best,methanol conversion was 22.5%,DMC selectivity was 92.3%,DMC space-time yield of 131.2 g·kg-1·h-1;6 mol / L HCl pre-treatment the best,methanol conversion was 24.1%,DMC selectivity was 94.7%,DMC space-time yield of 147.2 g·kg-1·h-1. |
