| 摘 要： | 以熵理论为基础，分析了系统结构对系统内信息流的影响，然后从信息的角度对系统结构的有序度进行评价，引入了信息流的时效和质量的概念，建立了可以进行系统结构优化设计和进行定量评价的系统结构有序度计算的时效质量模型；并给出了效质有序度的详细计算步骤。

| Abstract: | Based on the theory of entropy, this paper analyses the influence of system structure on information flow. It evaluates the order degree of system structure in view of information, introduces two concepts: time-effect and quality of information flow, and establishes the Time Effect-Quality Model (TEQM). With TEQM it is possible to optimize and quantitatively evaluate the system structure.In addition, the paper also supplies detailed calculating steps of order degree of system structure, and provides an example at the end. |
