重庆地区山蚂蝗属的花粉形态

本文用电子显微镜系统观察了重庆地区山蚂蝗属(Desmodium Desv.)6种植物的花粉形态,其花粉的外形都为长球形,极面观为三裂圆形,具三沟。其外表都具网状纹饰,网脊较光滑。根据网脊的平凸,宽度等特点,将本属的这6个种分成两种花粉类群。1.细网状纹饰,网眼不大规则并不成穴状,网脊高凸,上、下等宽或渐尖,脊宽和眼宽近等。包括的植物种类有Desmodium PodocarPum,D.fallax和D.racemosum等三种;2.网状纹饰较粗,多为网——穴状纹饰,网眼成孔穴状或近穴状,网脊较平坦,脊宽大于眼孔宽。包括种类是D.caudatum,D.sinuatum和D.laxiflorum等三种。其花粉电镜扫描的形态类群与形态解剖特点的分类结果相吻合。

Pollen Morphology of Desmodium Desv. in Chongqing

Pollen morphology of Desmodiurn Desv. has been examined with SEM. According to the shape of pollen grains six species of the genus may be divided into two groups which are as follows: 1. Podocarpium group, including D. podocarpium, D. fallax and D. racemosum; 2. Desmodium group, including D. caudatum, D. sinuatum and D. laxiflorum. The authors found that the groups classified by the pollen morpho- logy coincide with that classified by the characteristics of anatomical morphology.
