| 摘 要： | 研究了三元硼化物基金属陶瓷的制备工艺、性能测试及烧结温度对其性能的影响，发现在1280℃下合成的三元硼化物基金属陶瓷具有较好的力学性能。用扫描电镜对三元硼化物基金属陶瓷进行了必要的显微结构分析，为此类金属陶瓷的研究提供了重要的理论和实用价值。
