原子吸收法测定荠菜和苦菜中微量元素

摘    要:用灰化法处理样品,配制混合标准系列溶液,采用原子吸收法测定了野生荠菜和苦菜中12种微量元素,方法简便、准确.分析比较了营养和有毒元素含量,对Pb,Cd含量超标原因进行了探讨.

Abstract:The contents of 12 trace elements in pickpurse and maror have been determined by atomic absorption spectrometry.The sample can be dissolved by ashing method.The mixed standard solution of the elements was prepared The contents of nutritious and poisonous elements in pickpurse and maror were compared,and the cause which the contents of Pb and Cd in the samples exceeds standard was discussed.
